By accessing or using the ECHOSnap photobooth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.
2. Use of Service
ECHOSnap provides a web-based photobooth application for capturing and decorating images. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
3. Intellectual Property
The pictures you take using ECHOSnap belong to you. We claim no ownership over the photos you generate. However, the themes, templates, filters, and software provided by ECHOSnap remain the property of ECHOSnap and its creators.
4. Privacy & Data
We process your data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All image processing happens locally on your device, and no data is stored on our servers unless you explicitly opt to email the final output, in which case the data is discarded immediately after sending.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ECHOSnap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
